The portable handheld Socket Barcode Scanner is now compatible with LightSpeed for iPad, capable of scanning items directly into the iPad app for customer transaction, stocktake and performing inventory lookups.
All communications between the iPad and the Scanner are done wirelessly over bluetooth. Taking the Scanner off its dock powers it up immediately for your use, allowing you to practically manage your workflow.
One additional feature is that it is IOS compatible. One touch of the small secondary button allows you to toggle the iPad keyboard drawer on/off.
The Socket Barcode Scanner can handle a wide range of barcode types, be it the conventional one dimensional barcode or the newer two dimensional image-type barcodes. Also, with its omni-directional capabilities, it saves you time by allowing all barcodes to be scanned in any angle and position.
