Taking LightSpeed back on tour to Fashion Exposed and AusBike in Melbourne. The Mac based point of sale system generated a lot of interest. Customers that were looking to replace their current point of sale system, customers looking to open their first store and customers that were existing LightSpeed customers came along to the SMB stand to ask questions and have a demo.
Customers with large bike stores were impressed with LightSpeed's ability to handle service repair orders, track serial numbers and be able to import large numbers of products. People liked the idea of having a mobile device to use to scan in products on the shop floor.
A number of people came up to the team with questions about their current LightSpeed set up. Many felt that they could benefit from the advanced training that SMB Consultants had to offer.
SMB Consultants were also able to mention the other suite of software they have to offer. People with cafes were interested the iPad Point of sale software ISISPOS, retailers and wholesalers could see the benefits of people management software Deputy.com and all customers were interested in cloud based account package Xero.
